I would work out with Craig in the Pitman weight room every so often when he taught there. He would usually use me as a conduit between him and Art Kollmeier, whom I also worked out with on occasion at a gym Art and I were members of. Those two were always bustin' each others' chops! Some of the things they told each other had me laughing all day until I got to the gym or to school that day to relay their message!

We just learned of the news of Craig's passing. It is hard to grasp this in your mind. Coach was a very special person; very kind and caring. We
met Coach when he moved to Callalantee in TN and remained in contact with him after he moved to Boone. He touched a lot of lives and will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Our heartfelt condolences to the family.

Craig was a long time friend. He was an active member of the early morning exercise group (6:00 a m daily) at Rowan University Rec Center after his retirement. we had many excellent times together including breakfast reunions of the group (10 memaber exercised early). Craig was a loving person who dedicated his life to teaching and loving his students. A fantastic coach and driver ed instructor, Craig also was a compassionate person in all his personal dealings with everyone.
Thank you Lord for Craig and his love for others.
God Bless his family. He will be missed by all.
