Dear Ed,
I was just thinking about Doris today (11/11/2017) and honestly had not heard she had passed. She was a wonderful human being and a delightful patient. I recall on one of her treatment days she brought a pass receiver from the eagles for the other patients to enjoy while receiving her chemotherapy. A very extraordinary human being.

Thank you for your kind words and motherly advice. I enjoyed our hours spent watching politics and you sharing your feedback. I enjoyed listening to your stories. You were such a strong woman. You will truly be missed. I am so grateful to have met you and your beautiful loving family. May you rest peacefully.

Ed and Elaine, my condolences on the passing of a terrific lady. My initial getting to know Doris was when we were both on the Lourdes Board. I have some great memories of dealing with two outstanding women.....Doris and Sister Elizabeth Corry......strong successful women well ahead of their time......Doris' many accomplishments speak for themselves but in addition she was a kind and caring person.....sincerely Mike Camardo
