Dear Vickey, and all the Palmer family,

My heart goes out to you with the passing of your loved one.
Lou was " one of a kind " never too busy to help out a friend
in need at the Campground. Seashore Line will never be the
same without Lou! He was an inspiration to all who new him.
He will remain in my heart and soul forever!

Our hearts go out to all of you on the loss of Lou. So sudden and sad, we will miss him. May his soul rest in peace and may your hearts heal and remember.

He was a little giant that was loved by everyone. He helped just about everyone in Seashore Line Park. You always knew where you stood with his. He should not be measured by the material things that he owned but rather by the many people that knew and loved him. He was a remarkable man that will live in our hearts forever. God speed Lewie Palmer.
