Flossie Parker was a dear friend and fellow member of St Mark's Lutheran Church in Oaklyn, NJ. She always greeted me with a smile, hug and kiss as well as thoughtful and kind words. I miss those greetings and envision her there still greeting all who had attended the early service while she waited for the middle service to begin. I lent her a sleeping bag for her first sleepover adult retreat. She worried all night that I would be cold without it. Rest peacefully Flossie, you will remain in our thoughts and prayers always.

My condolences to Mrs Parker's family and grandchildren thinking of you at this time.
May your hearts find comfort in knowing that you can draw close to God and he will draw close to you..God can certainly become a stronghold and refuge for you at this time.

Mrs. Parker introduced me to the Lord in my 1st grade Sunday school class at St. Mark's Lutheran Church in Oaklyn. The rest as they say is history. Lisa and David and family, I am praying for you and want to thank you for sharing your mother with me. She was a one of a kind lady who taught me so much.
