Clete and his grand daughters THE FLYING COUNARDS-Lilly and Jodi
David just told me about Ray's passing. I am stunned. He and his wife were the nicest people and we loved camping with them, their family, and friends. When Clete passed , I really do not remember all that were at the funeral home-as I was in another world so to say. But, I do remember them as we adored them and they always made us smile-even at Cletes funeral they made me smile again. I know Clete is up in heaven catching up on the news with his friend Ray. They used to stay up 1/2 the night by the campfire just talking about world news. Ray will live on in so many of our hearts-as he was truly a wonderful man and loved his family. Cyber hug to you all. I have to work so won't be able to be there for you--but you will ALL be in my thoughts. Love, Ginni Counard & Family

Dear Judy and family, I am so sorry to hear this sad news. I haven't seen much of him since we have all grown, but I remember him as a child and some of the fun times we all had as a family. I know he will be missed by everyone who knew and loved him. My prayers and thoughts are with you.

We always remember our "together" camping trip many, many years ago to the Thousand Islands because we had so much fun. Bob, especially. will miss talking, and sometimes disagreeing, with Ray when he stopped in his golf cart on his way down the street to visit family or take children home from school. He will be missed by many.

Dear Judy and Family, I pray that God provides you the comfort and peace that only He can.

I've been living in California a long time, yet I remember the good times as kids. We would all swim together in Uncle Ray and Aunt Amelia's "cement pool" in their back yard. Uncle Ray built the pool. We'd have a barbecue with watermelon and corn and all kinds of soft drinks. We always had a great time! On Christmas, we would visit each other's families and show off our Christmas gifts.

Another memory is of Raymond and Henry getting scolded by Uncle Ray. They were supposed to be getting a bath but came out as dirty as when they went in.

Three years ago, I visited New Jersey and had lunch with Judy, Raymond, Amelia, our cousin, Marie of Florida and Marie's friend. It was so good to see everyone who I hadn't seen in years. Miss you all.

Be blessed family and Rest In Peace Ray.
