My heart aches for Sharon’s husband Phil. She was the love of his life. Sharon was fun, lovable and an inspiration to
us all. My wife Jeannine loved Sharon dearly like an older sister and the only consultation I can offer to Phil and Sharon’s family is that when Sharon passed from this life across the veil of death and into the next Jeannine would have been waiting on the other side to welcome Sharon in a loving embrace. You see last month was the 7th anniversary of Jeannine’s passing from the cancer. Stay strong Phil and reach out if you need to speak to someone who has tread this path.

Sharon was one of the most interesting and adventurous women I have ever known. I looked forward to her writings at every meeting of our writing group. She and I shared numerous interests, including a fondness for horror stories. I admired her daring and pluck to travel wherever she wanted. I will miss her very much.

Sharon loved her students and her students loved her! She was a ray of sunshine who made me and others laugh and smile more often. I will miss her sparkle, but will be forever grateful for her friendship.
