Steve was a special friend to my two aunts, Ann Ekes and Julia Koch both who predeceased him. As my aunts' niece I knew Steve well and attended some Third Order functions when I was young. I will miss sending him a card every Christmas to see how he was doing. He was always very helpful to my aunts who cherished many of the ceramic pieces he made them. I still have the napkin holder he made. God will certainly greet him when he gets to Heaven. God Bless. My condolences to his family.

I worked with Steve for many years at Acme Markets. The last store that we worked together in was Haddon Heights. We had many wonderful conversations about collecting antiques. Steve was knowledgeable and kind, he was always ready to help anyone that would ask. I am sorry that I didn't see more of him after we both retired but I will remember him for the sharing person that he was.
