Dear Wiley family, We are truly saddened by hearing of the loss of Billy, many of memories of him through the years.We hope his memories of life with each of you helps comfort you all. His love for you all will remain always. The best neighbor anyone could ask for was just like an uncle to my kids they loved him very much. He will be missed but not forgotten. He was an awesome person with a big heart. I only pray he is happy in heaven with no more worries or pain. We will miss you bill we will hold on to all of our good memories of you love the Narcise family
