I was speechless and so deeply sad about the death of these wonderful. May god held their and give them peace in heaven.

I'm from Germany and have been visiting my parents in law last November. Together with my wife and my 15 and 7 year old daughters we were guests in Newtown, CT. It was my first stay in the USA. What a wonderful small town - but the most which has really impressed me, was the kindness of the citizens of Newtown and the happyness of the children on Halloween. I had never get the feeling to be just a visitor. Thank you for that, dear Newtown community.

One night I saw the little shining crosses at the cemetary and asked for the meaning. My heart was filled with sadness as I heard, that here are some of the little victims are bedded for the last rest.

I wish all the bereaved, much love and power.

Today is a hard day not just for you, but for many Americans. I remember your loss often, not just today, but several times throughout the year. As a mother I watched in horror your pain and loss and hugged you from afar. Hugs are not enough though, I have also called my senators to demand sensible gun control and donated to organizations fighting for this. I will never forget you and your children and I will continue to raise mine to make this country safer. I send nothing but love to you today and always. Blessed be.

My continued prayers condolences for the families & community of Newton Connecticut. That peace will find them. December will never be the same as a result of this tragedy. Coming up on the 5th year, it still resonates a profound sadness. Today I re-read the memories of each one lost that day. I didn't know them, but they represent all children, all schools in every town, city etc.. across this country & around the world! I hope someday the world will wake up & do whats needed to stop the violence!

My heart is still disturbed just by thinking of this tragic moment. Many people says that times heals multitude of things, but loosing a child it must be the hardest thing ever. I also wants to express once again my sincere condolences for your loss and may our Heavenly Father continue granting all the family strength and comfort to heal this painful wound - for Only he knows how to become a Strong Tower for those in distress and in tears. Proverbs 18:10... May He grant the family inner peace during this difficult times.

This tragedy had me reeling for weeks. I still can't even think about without getting teary eyed. These children deserved so much better, as do their families. I hope the family can recover from this, even today, but more importantly, I hope the brother and sisters of these children can go on like this. I hope they know how much their brothers and sisters loved them as they grow older.

Torn from Earth without goodbyes
There are no reasons for our why's

He had no right their lives to take
He had no right our hearts to break

Vhildren ripped from parents arms
No longer can they hold
Stories of their lives to come
Will now remain untold

Our hearts will forever keep them neaf
Our memories....we hold them dear

Now in Heaven, souls set free
Exploring how to use their wings

Dancing, artists, horsenack riding
Firemen, baseball, kung fu fighting
Soccer, diving, train #7
All these things, they have in Heaven

Tears will fall to ease our pain
But only until we meet again

So o this 14th of Decemner

In Loving Memory of Rachel D'Avino

Today, a year ago, Rachel D'Avino made the ultimate sacrifice
For her precious students she gave her life.

Her maternal instincts kicked in aware that something wasn't right
As she looked at her children with their faces filled with fright.

Hearing a noise she realized didn't fit was unbelievable
As she shielded them with her body to protect them from evil.

With the lives that were spared her spirit will live without end
She will always be remembered as their life-saver and best friend.

And when Rachel arrived in Heaven Jesus held out His hand
Wanting her help with His heavenly plan.

The Sandy Hook children were first and foremost on His list
He wanted her to go to each one with a hug and a kiss.

She was so excited working with children twenty-four seven
The place to really be is in heaven!

Be thankful to God that He took her with Him
So that she can be with each and every little 'gem'.

And celebrate the life of Rachel as you reminisce
About the things you loved about her and the things you miss.

Remember the fun times that you shared
Remember her character and how much she cared.

Remember her with a smile upon her beautiful face
Remember that she couldn't be in a better place.

Remember she's now with God and how happy she must be
Remember to bow your head and thank Him for sharing her upon bended knee.

To all the parents, grandparents relatives and friends may your hearts continue to heal. At Psalm 56:8 David pleaded to God: "Do put my tears in your skin bottle. Are they not in your book? Like David I know that God is aware of your continuing pain and what you
are still going through emotionally. He will give you in abundance what you need to live each day without your love ones. .. let him help you he knows what you need. (Jeremiah 29:12) . . .And YOU will certainly call me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to YOU. . .

‘Let the children come to me, and do not stop them, because the kingdom of God belongs to persons like them.' Then Jesus takes the children in his arms, and blesses them. (Mt 19:13-15) Isn't it good to know that Jesus loves little children?
We must continue to cherish our little ones like Jesus before tragedy takes them away.
