Love you Grandma, we are all going to miss you and it will be hard to think you are not here anymore. I'm glad though you are with grandpa Andy, and uncle Ron, and Dad, and Uncle Breezy, Aunt Marty, and all those others I'm sure playing one big game of pitch. I learned my love of cooking and baking from you and still love going through your recipes, especially the ones with no measurements. Ha I learned to be creative and try different things and do things different ways until I liked it. I'll be making Pfeffernusse cookies soon for Christmas and will be thinking of you a lot. We went out to the farm last week and were remembering all of our times growing up out there and it really is amazing the family and friends that grew out that one farm house. You were an amazing woman and I'm proud you were my grandma Alice of the Purple Palace. Love you forever! Your Shelly Girl and the Stahl Family

I have so many great childhood memories of Aunt Alice. It was always fun to visit her & Uncle Andy on the farm and the general store. When we visited Grandma Neben's house, I would run in say hello to Grandma and then it was off to the general store. She had the most wonderful laugh and would always make others laugh too. I can still hear that laugh when I think of her. What a blessed life she has led and is now resting in heaven. My thoughts & prayers go out to her family.God bless.
