St. Paul resident Frances W. Fuller, 91, passed away Friday, Jan. 12, 2018, at Brookefield Park Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation in St. Paul, Neb.
A private family memorial will be held at a later date. Burial will take place in Broken Bow. In honoring her wish for cremation there is no viewing or visitation. DeWitt Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Hastings is handling arrangements.
Memorials may be directed to her family for a later designation.

Frances was born April 21, 1926, in Callaway, the daughter of Walter and Laura (Wilbourn) Stivers. She graduated from Callaway High School with the class of 1946. Francis married E. Eugene Fuller July 31, 1948, in Mason City. She and her husband farmed outside of Broken Bow. Frances enjoyed emboirdering and crocheting but relished being on the farm. She was a member of the Elks Auxiliary of Broken Bow.
Frances is survived by her son Mel Fuller and wife Linda of St. Paul; grandchildren Michael Fuller and wife Megan of Omaha, and Marla Waters and husband Nick of Winner, S.D.; great-grandchildren Ethan, Madeleine, and Kylie; sister Lorna Gannon of Iowa; brother Lynn Stivers and wife Sharleen of Callaway; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; and brothers Johnny, Marvin and Robert.

I met and worked with Frances at the Broken Bow Elks Club in the 80's. She taught me how to cook and many tricks in the kitchen. She was always moving and was a good cook. I had seen her just a few years ago and we visited. She will be missed. RIP.
