Don E. Delancey Born and died in Torrance February 20, 1949 - October 8, 2018. Raised in San Pedro, worked as a handyman and house painter and worked at San Pedro Boat Works. He loved music - rock n' roll, blues, his family and friends. He is survived by 3 brothers and 1 sister Kenneth, Michael, Richard, and Diane. Celebration of Life will be at Point Fermin Park and Harolds Club San Pedro Saturday 20th starting at noon to whenever. Please sign the guest book at www.dailybreeze.com/obits

Don E was one of the kindest hearted people you could ever meet. I was blessed to have him as a brother in law and will miss him so. Until we meet again Don E may your spirit soar with eagles. I will love you always.
