shocking news ! i only knew Jim from chuch .. he,an usher and i have been doing sound at Sat evening choir for the last 15 years . we actually ran into each other at a USC football practice years ago when they were preparing for the Rose Bowl game when the Trojans were working out in Carson at the Home Depot Center . I also saw him at a couple of the concerts in the park in the summertime in Manhattan Beach . typically upon him walking up the aisle on Saturday for church we would akknowledge each other with either smile or frown depending on the outcome of the previous game.. and always a subtle .Blessings to you Jim, and forever, FIGHT ON !

Jimmy, my old friend were bigger than life. Your generosity, kindness, and ability to bring joy to everyone. I will miss seeing you at the Trojan tailgates. RIP my friend.

I feel lucky and proud to have known you as part of my family, Jim.

The boys and I will never forget you. Nobody who ever knew you will either.
