I am truly saddened by the passing of my only living first Whitener cousin, Wendell.
February 7, 2018
I have fond memories of camping in Wisconsin in the Whitener fifth wheel trailer.
Uncle Wendy talked me into a helicopter ride over the WI. Dells. OMG! While at Devil's Lake State Park, Uncle Wendy was instrumental in saving a little girl from drowning!
My condolences to Aunt Lois, Mark, Nolan and Garrett.

All the Gardena guys live on in my memory - the bowling parties, camping trips, payday dinners. We all had such a good time together.

My heartfelt sympathy to Lois, Mark, and the family.

So many good memories with Wendell making cocktails, weeding the front slope ALL day long! Making my school lunches when I stayed there for a week with nice notes and pictures drawn on the bag!! He spoiled my mom and Lois while they talked about "The Dodson Story" of the week. I will miss him, he was like a father to me. Best to you Lois and Mark.
