To all of the Tully family:
I am sorry that I did not learn of Jim's passing until one week after his services - I would have been there. Jim and I became friendly at 90 State Street where we both had law offices. We went out for lunch and dinner many times and I very much enjoyed his company. I will miss him. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you. With sympathy, Pat

Jim had a wonderful way with a story, and he was a great chronicler of family lore. Drew and I always enjoyed his tales of the old days, always told with pride, affection, and humor.

Fondly,
Kathleen Shay Tully

There never was a better next door neighbor and friend than Jim. It is hard to imagine South Main Ave. without him. We keep Eileen and the children in our thoughts.

James Tully made the tax practice interesting, which is not an easy thing to do. Rest in Peace, you were a very decent guy in the otherwise cut-throat environment of public finance.
