I could never get through a Bunker Hill Day without thinking of Uncle Roger. He was one of my loudest relatives, and with his energy and perpetual smile, seemed bigger than life. My earliest memory of him was when, as a kid, my family stayed at his house and he impressed me with his frequent use of the word BODACIOUS in normal conversation. I will miss him and his smile, and will certainly think about him at least once a year.

We enjoyed knowing Roger so much and feel honored to have had him in our lives. He was such a generous soul--generous in giving of his time and in doing everything with such enjoyment. He set the bar high for us all.

My condolences to the family. May you find comfort in the words found at 1 Thess 4:14.

Happy memories of a wonderful and dear friend to the Lapidge family in Australia. You will remain in our hearts forever. Will have a margarita in memory of you next time we visit Fountain Hills. Elizabeth, Peter & Christina
