Cousin Bill was a wonderful and talented family man, devoted to the good and decent. We mourn his passing and treasure his memory.

To the Devine family : I just saw Bill's obituary and I am very saddened. I hired Bill as my first hire when I became manager. From that time, I always found Bill to be very devoted, caring employee. He was technically skilled and always worked on improving himself. Bill was a very fine man and I am very happy to have had the opportunity having Bill as a friend and colleague at IBM. Our careers divulged in IBM and I was amazed that Bill continued to work at IBM for 42 years. Such service, skills and devotion exemplifies what I knew of Bill.

My sincerest sympathy to his wife, Pat, and his family.
