Jay R. Reynolds, Inc enjoyed working with Philips Brothers Electrical Contractors on projects since the 1970's. I loved Glen's sense of humor, business savvy and respect for the other trade contractors. Glen was a leader and will be missed greatly in the circle of contractor business friends. My sincere condolences to the Philips family, friends and employees. Jay Reynolds

Glen and i were first cousins and the same age, both born in 1950 just weeks apart. His mom Ada was my mom's older sister. I remember Glen was always drawing diesel engines when we were little and I did not even know what a diesel engine was at around age 6, but Glen did. I lived in NJ and Glen in PA but we saw each other at Thanksgiving dinners, summer reunions and when mom and dad would bring my sister and me to PA to stay with our grandmother Painter. I remember I had a crush on Glen when we were little and thought he was handsome! I remember Easter egg hunts our Uncle Gross would arrange at Bucktown and fishing in the pond there in the summer. Glen was always a part of my early years visiting PA to see our relatives there. I watched him marry and then raise a family and then have 16 grandkids. What a man, what a father and grandfather, and what a great husband he was to Sue. Love you , Glen. i will miss you always. Love. Renee
