Beryl I will really miss picking up the phone to chat. I will never forget all the wonderful memories over the last 38 years. You were like a Mother to me and was always there to listen and give words of wisdom. A real lady. I learned so many things from you. I know Len is happy you are with him and you are probably having the time of your life. No more pain, and no more walker for you. I love you with all my heart and will smile when I think of you and how blessed I was to have you in my life. Until we meet again Rest In Peace. My love to you and Len always.

I would like to say that for over 50 years we were friends. she was a perfect lady. never down in spirits, always lifted you up with a cheery smile and a British saying. Loved to have us Brits at her home, welcomed us with open arms. Always fixing wonderful food for us to eat, and share with our families the lovely recipes.
We put a lot of miles on our cars going to Area Meetings all over Virginia, and also conventions in Chicago, we went by train. On the Queen Mary a few yrs back, and numerous others.
We always had fun after our meetings, with a trip to Beryls or another members home for a laugh. It was a comfort to us all to have Beryl around.
I am proud to have known her for so long, glad I got to see her and have lunch with her in September while I was visiting. She looked so well.
I know her girls miss her badly, my heart goes out to you 3 young ladies. I did send a card and letter to your mom's with my condolences for you all to read.
We each took a turn cooking dinner for 8 of us met for years doing this, there are only 3 survivors of that group left now. Pat Richardson, Joan Weeks and myself. Joyce Moseley, of San Antonio Tx. Those of you who remember know me as (Joyce Richardson).
Girls I am so sorry for your loss. i have some photo's I will send you if you wish to contact me. She will be missed by all who knew her.

Beryl, a very Dear Friend for over Fifty years who was always eager to help in any way she could.
We have shared so many wonderful events over the years and I'm so glad we had the opportunity to share a wonderful afternoon a few weeks ago, having lunch and then returning to my home for dessert. Both Lew & I will never forget her. RIP Beryl xx
