Please accept my belated condolences. I learned today and had not known. Carl was a good guy and a real friend. I met him in 1998 as a first year local manager and worked on mutual issues and projects most of all the years after that. I had great respect for him.

Miss Elsie and family, my heart is also broken by the passing of Carl. He was a man of God who served him daily. I worked for Carl for many years and during that time we gain more than a working relationship. We became true friends who cared deeply for each other's well being. I will miss our daily conversations and his daily words of spiritual encouragement. Carl was a man of valor and would do whatever he could to help anyone. We know that Carl is with his heavenly father were there is no more pain and awaiting our arrival. R.I.H.
