Wow! My heart breaks. I use to call Brother Truesdale 'pop.' He was like a grandfather to me. He treated me like a granddaughter. He looked out for me. He was so loving!!! Coming in to the Kingdom Hall he would greet you with a big bear hug and a smile! I would see him after the meeting giving candy to the young ones. He always had a pocket with candy/mints in it, and the kids loved it! He would lead the group out in service one day a week. He told my mom and I that women don't sweat, we glisten (we got a kick out of that). He was a faithful MS in the cong. He will surely be MISSED!

I also will NEVER forget how much he loved his wife!!!! He was loyal, and he loved his wife/family!
He was simply=Priceless!

My dear father-in-law. God speed! I love you! Very much missing your smile and the love that you so easily share. Even in your final days you were giving me compliments as you always did throughout the years. You always spoke truth and encouragement to me. I will always remember this and will inherit this trait to pass on to my son-in-laws. My life has truly been enriched by knowing you and the acceptance that you so lovingly provided.

I am so sorry for your loss. I have such fond memories of your father in high school. My thoughts and prayers are with the entire family.
