DISPUTANTA - Madison Ashley Carter, 16 year old beloved daughter of Billy and Shannon Carter was carried to heaven by the angels on September 27, 2017. Madison a student in her Junior year at Prince George High School, enjoyed theater, Science and French classes. She loved to collect crystals and jewels and especially loved going to the beach. Madison was friendly, intelligent and loved her parents. She will be so missed. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, William Carter. She is survived by her parents, Billy and Shannon; maternal grandparents, Terry and Barbara Davidson; paternal grandmother, Doris Carter; and uncle, Terry Davidson, Jr.; along with many friends. Funeral service officiated by Reverend Terry Simone will be 2 p.m. Monday, October 2, 2017, at Hogg Funeral Home, Gloucester Point. Interment will follow in Rosewell Memorial Garden Cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday, October 1, 2017, from 7 until 8:30 p.m. at the funeral home. Please visit www.hoggfh.com to share condolences and memories with the family.

Madison was one of the best people I knew. She will be in my heart and in my head forever. I always knew if I was having a bad day, she was going to find some way to cheer me up. Rest In Peace my darling and know that you will forever have a place in my heart as long as the heart of many others.
