Garland and Mae Morris Holt, she graduated from Appomattox High School in 1951 in Appomattox, VA. She graduated from Madison College (now JMU) in 1955, with a major in Library Science, and received a graduate degree in Education from the College of William & Mary in 1971. Employed as a Librarian in the Williamsburg/James City Public Schools for 30 years, she organized the libraries for Lafayette High School and Jamestown High School when those schools opened. She participated in several educational organizations during her employment and had been a member of the Williamsburg Junior Women's Club. Her church affiliation has been with the Williamsburg United Methodist Church. Wife of the late Dominic Patrick Iannuzzi for 52 years, they had resided in Williamsburg since 1957. They are the parents of three sons: J. Michael (wife Julie) of Cortlandt Manor, N.Y., Mark P. (wife Diana) of Williamsburg, and David A. (wife Lisa) of Midlothian, and grandparents of seven grandchildren: Gregory, Ashley, Anthony, Nicholas, Emily, Rose and Ethan, and two step-grandchildren: Matthew and Randi. She was proceeded in death by her sister, Jane Woodson of Lynchburg, VA and is survived by her brother, Robert Holt, of Appomattox, and several nieces and nephews. During her retirement, she enjoyed reading, travel and, especially, lunch with many friends and former colleagues. Also of great enjoyment was the yearly family vacation to Nags Head with her sons, their wives, and her grandchildren. Always a lady, proper and dignified, she will be missed by many. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 12 from 6:00 - 8:00 PM at Nelsen Funeral Home, 3785 Strawberry Plains Rd., Williamsburg. I had the pleasure to teach June yoga in Williamsburg. She rarely missed a class and if she were to miss a class, she would tell me in advance. Fond memories of her dedication to classes. She met many women in the class who she became good friends with. Very sorry for your loss. Caroline Rogers

Aunt June was always a kind and gentle lady. She always made me feel welcome and cared for. She never stole the show from Uncle Donnie. She just made everyone else shine. I am so thankful and appreciative of the time we had together.
She will forever be in my heart.
