Phyllis, I'm so sorry to hear about Harold. Chris still has the oar he painted and gave him when he was five. Wish I could be back there with you and the family. Know that you all are in my thoughts and prayers. I'm glad Sherry and I were able to go to dinner last year with you and Charlie. I wish we could have seen Harold then. Take care and know that Harold is smiling down from Heaven. He's with the rest of our family now. Steve, Sherry, Chris and I send our love. Your cousin,
Sharon Harris

We have known one another since third grade, and I know that this wonderful man made you a happy wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. You have 54 years of wonderful memories with him...let them heal your aching heart when the time is right. Friends for ever.

Have a nice trip old friend... I was a good friend of Harold back during the good ole teen age years and still have a photo of he and I in the first grade at Thomas Jefferson grammer school. It is long gone of course but stood between 30 th and 31 st street in the 600 block in Newport News. Good bye Harold -- god speed.
