Lonnie, I just found out you past away. Ive been looking for you for years now. You were one of the best friends while we were at Chanute fire school. I wish we haf stayed in touch. Your in a better place now. God bless you and youve earned your wings. Maybe one day we will be roommates again. It ask what we were together family, friend or what well in my heart we were and will allways be sisters

I am deeply saddened to hear of Lonni's passing. She fought the hard fight with cancer. She was a blessing to everyone around her and she uplifted me every time I saw her. She was a great example of how people should conduct their lives. Most of all, she was my friend.,

I am so sorry to hear of Lonni's passing.
We shared so much about the Fire Service and our lives. She was a person who cared and loved much.
She faced great affliction and challenges in her life, meeting them with great courage and faith.
She made a positive difference in so many lives, and help chart a new path in the Fire Department.
I pray the Lord's blessing and peace to her family and friends.
Well done, good and faithful servant.
Brother Bill Thorn
