To Richard family , Richard was one of my classmates & a very dear friend, I have so many wonderful memories of Richard. When we sat in alphabet order, it was always Gene Thom, Marlin Walter, Delane Welder(me) Richard Zasimowich, Willie Zieger. A teacher once told me I was the Rose between the thorns. On our grad. cards Richard put I was the thorn sitting by the roses. I have always carried that card with me. Today I took it out of my billfold & said a prayer for a very special friend. May he rest in Peace & God Blessing be with his family. Delane Welder Scallon

To the Zasimowich family, I am so sorry to hear of your loss. Zas, the NASA bingo master, was a heck of a person, great to talk to, funny, kind, hard on you when it was called for, friendly, a great person, he will be missed for sure. I have known Zas for long time and I got to meet Miles while playing NASA golf and working at NASA. May the good Lord watch over you during this time, my condolences to the family. God Bless!!!!
