Rusty, We miss you already, your humor and wit and your all around personality. You and Peggy and the kids have been a big part of my life for 35 years. I have loved you all the whole time so losing you is like losing a peace of my heart. I cant even imagine how Peggy and the kids are feeling. I know they will be lost without you. I know Peggy will miss that special love you two shared. Tina will miss seeing your face and that special smile you looked at her with every day. Sherry & Crystal will miss those phone calls they got from you and Donna will miss you telling her she was your little pineapple. Steve will miss having Daddy to come to when he needs a friend. The rest of us will miss that special friend that you were to so many. Rusty you are loved by so many and God knows we will all miss you. You get heaven rocking and one day we will all meet again. Until then REST IN PEACE. With LOVE FOREVER!!!

To the families and friends of Rusty Hart. I do not know the families personally but we all lose love ones in death. I just want to send my deepest condolences to the families. May God give all of you comfort and peace at this difficult time. I am sorry for your loss. Please allow God to strengthen you in your grief.
Virginia will always be my home but I now live in Harrisburg Pa.

See this man here. This is Clell "Rusty" Hart and if you haven't experienced life with him I'm sorry. Sadly he left this world to be with God Friday, and I refuse to talk about him in past tense because the imprint he has put on the lives of everyone he has touched is VERY real and always will be. He is not gone because he lives in the "Harts" of the many people he has touched.
He served our country well and his family and friends even better. This man ...with the last name of Hart...has one of gold. This man! This man right here is a devoted husband to his wife Peggy for 50 years. This man.....is a loving father to 6 kids and a 2nd father to countless neighborhood kids including my brother and I. He is a grandfather to 12, and a great grandfather to 1.
See this man...He IS and will ALWAYS be my Daddy's very best friend and has been my whole life. This man....he loves his family more than life itself and I'm glad to say I am a part of that. This guy right here, my 2nd father... his door was always open to me as a child and still is. I spent many of nights having sleep overs with his daughters, celebrations at his house, pool play on hot summer days, and trampoline fun in his back yard. My childhood would not be what it was and my life would not be what it is without the love of Rusty and his family.
If you don't know him I'm very sorry, and hope your life is blessed with someone just like him because I always knew when I walked through his door I was loved! ~Ashely Swain
