I was so young when I met her and grew up as a friend to her. She was such a great person in her younger and older days. I wish she was still here I miss her. Sending a note to heaven to you girl I love you.

Even though Shirley has gone on to be with the Lord, I know in my heart that she is watching over her loved ones, family and friends. When you loose someone that is so dear to us, we never really let go. We continue to carry them in our hearts and as long as we do that they are always with us. I didn't get to see Shirley much after I grew up only when I moved to VA and Aunt Daisy passed is the last time I saw her and she reminded of the same Shirley I knew when I was little. Always had a smile on her face and when she walked into a room it was like sunshine, I miss you Shirley but I know that you are in a better place and one day I will see that beautiful smile again.

Shirley, I have a heavy heart right now I have been trying so hard to find you than I get a email saying you have passed away. I am so sorry. I have known you and your family since I was 6 years old. You taught how to sun bath on a roof of a house now that takes skills. We always had good times when we were together. The short time I lived with you with my oldest son was great watching your son grow up was awesome as well. You will be missed. Know you are loved and you will always be in my heart till we meet again. Rest in peace my friend and walk with the angels.
