Cunningham Family:
I am so very sorry to hear about Todd passing away. I worked with Todd on several protracted, difficult, but challenging and entertaining deals while he was at Lafarge. We would work tremendously long hours, under contentious circumstances, but he would always come up with some way to break the tension and lighten the mood. He was a smart guy and I always appreciated his help and sense of humor.

I knew Todd for many years as a friend. His father was the Headmaster at Pingry School and my father was a long time teacher, so we shared experiences as a result of being students with Pingry faculty parents. Todd and I played baseball and football together at Pingry and I considered him a friend when we graduated, the last time I saw him. My condolences to the Cunningham family at large and his wife and children. May God rest his soul. Sincerely, Tom Whittemore
