Very sad to hear about Barbara, but so grateful for her friendship and her commitment to God. Barbara's willingness to speak her faith and to be used of God helped to change and to influence my life in so many ways over the past 38 years, but more importantly, for all of eternity. Barbara was truly one of a kind that positively influenced many people. Rest in the Lord's Presence my friend, we'll meet again.

So very sorry to get this news about Barbara...although we hadn't been in touch, she was very instrumental in getting a large group of us to go to church in 1981 and be filled with the Holy Spirit!!! Grateful that she was not afraid to share her faith!!!

Alexis, your mother was a remarkable person, talented, and kind. She talked me into teaching, which I, too, enjoyed. Although I had not seen her for many years, I thought about her frequently, always fondly, as I do now.
