Debra was such a beautiful, kind person. She is free now, but will so very much be missed. I am so glad God briefly put her into my life. She was a blessing to her sweet lovely family and a light of sunshine to all that was fortunate enough to cross her path. I love you, Debbie.
I pray we meet again.

Debra is my great niece and I thought the world of her. Her mother Joyce seem like my sister, therefore made me love Debra more. We hate to give our loved ones up,even though the suffering she went through makes it easy to give her up. She leaves a void in our lives, but we know she wont have to suffer any more. You brothers and sisters you have my love always and my prayers goes with you. Your uncle Audrey Rozell
