BIELECKI, Joseph P. With profound sadness, the family of Joseph P. Bielecki announces his passing on January 9, 2021 at the age of 67. Joe was born in Niagara Falls, New York, the son of the late Marian Bielecki, of Wilkes-Barre, Pa. He graduated from the University of Texas at Austin where he received his Bachelor's and Master's Degrees. For the past fifteen years he was employed by Saputo as a Senior Credit Analyst and was enthusiastically involved in Saputo Cares community projects like Habitat for Humanity, North Texas Food Bank and Salvation Army Angel Tree. Joe was a member of St. Monica's Catholic Church in Dallas where he served as Lector. His faith and duties as God's servant were extremely important to him. He was an avid fan of the Texas Longhorns and loved to cook for his close friends and family. He is survived by his sister, Marlene Kerns and her husband, James Kerns of Wilkes-Barre, PA, brother, Michael, of Austin, Texas, Aunt and Uncle, John and Mooneen Bielecki, of Wilkes-Barre, PA, Niece, Amanda Young and Great-Niece, Jordyn Young. For those whose lives he touched, Joe was always a source of laughter, a person to be counted on for kindness and support. He will be missed by many. A Memorial Mass will be held at a later time when it is safe for people to gather.
