LAWRENCE, Lisa Michelle Lisa Michelle Lawrence was born on December 18, 1986, to Lillie M. Lawrence and Tommy Lawrence Jr. A lifelong resident of Dallas, TX, Lisa, was a born leader with a generous, kind and gentle heart. She overcame health challenges during her childhood that included numerous surgeries on her legs. She never let that deter her and she went on to graduate from Lake Highlands High School, where she was a member of the dance team, student council, and orchestra in which she played the violin. Lisa received Christ after attending Young Life Ministry Group and attended Watermark Church. A successful entrepreneur, she owned and operated several businesses over the years which included tax consulting and preparation, commercial and residential cleaning, credit repair services, and an online boutique. She is preceded in death by her grandmother Ardis L. Johnson and her grandfathers William "Poppa" Johnson, Bennie J. Boulding, and George Thompson. Lisa is survived by her mother, Lillie M. Lawrence of Dallas, TX; father Tommy Lawrence Jr. (Lenette Richardson) of Jacksonville, FL; brother Kenneth J. Phillips of Killeen, TX; sister Kendra D. Jackson of Jacksonville, FL; grandmother Doris Thompson of Atlantic Beach, FL; Godmother Earlene Brown and a host of uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends as well as her beloved "fur baby" Koko. Lisa's celebration of life will take place on Tuesday, June 30, 2020, at 12 noon at Christian Stronghold Baptist Church - 6810 Samuell Blvd, Dallas, TX 75228. The public viewing will begin an hour earlier at 11:00 am. No words could ever express the pain that you go through when there is a loss of a loved one. Lisa was a niece to me and she will forever be missed and loved. Please know that I am here for my sister in love Lillie and Kenny. Pray that you find comfort in knowing this. Love you both, Dianne Lawrence
