Ka and LL adopted my husband Vincent Todd and l from the Hurricane Katrina catastrophe. Vincent has now gone home to be with the LORD, he and LL had this thing where Vincent would call him Big guy and he would call Vincent little guy, Vincent was six three about 280 to 300 pounds. But in fact Vincent and l both saw LL heart which was so big big with love for GOD and people. LL and Ka flew to New Orleans to support me when Vincent passed away. They came to reassure my New Orleans family that l was not alone in Dallas Texas. I say to you now Ka Cotter that you are not alone. The angels of heaven, the prayers of the saints, and the Holy Spirit will keep, protect, and comfort you during this time and forever. Wow what a grand heavenly reunion LL and Vincent must be having!I love you Ka please call me if and when you need me.

L.L. was such a nice person to be with. He was intelligent, positive and fun to talk to. We chatted sometimes when he would come to Early Voting where I was working, and I felt we could solve all of the world's problems if we just had another 20 minutes to talk! I haven't been close to L.L. for years, but memories of the times we spent together will always be with me.
