My heart aches for you, dear Stephanie. May God be with you and with all of those who loved Terry. May He wrap His arms around you and bless you.

I am so sorry for the family's loss of Terry. I worked with him several years at DCCCD before his retirement. While we didn't work on the same projects, I always knew that he was an important member of the IT group who was heavily relied upon for his expertise. I pray that GOD give you extra comfort during this time.

My favorite memory of Terry is from one of the wonderful times the extended family got together at the farm. It was the first afternoon of the first day, and the adults were all talking about some of the things we'd like/needed to do over the next few days. People were spouting lots of ideas...fishing, visiting Parker Place, visiting with Pinky, hiking, cleaning the cabin, touring the tree farm, cooking, eating, playing games.... Lots of excitement, but no action. I heard a rustle of activity behind me, turned and saw Terry sitting on a bench pulling on some boots. I asked him what he was doing, and he quietly said, I'm taking y'all fishing.

It made me laughhere the rest of us were talk-talk-talking, and Terry quietly took action to do something we (esp. the kids) REALLY wanted to do.

He took the nieces and nephews and brother-in-laws fishing. They were gone a couple of hours and I remember them all returning victoriously, singing and riding in the Thing. They were gloriously happy. They caught a LOT of fish and Granny/Jane cooked them up we had a delicious meal, and an even better memory. Thank you, Terry! ❤
