I am so sorry for your loss
February 14, 2018
I am so very sorry for your loss. I knew Mr. Gicale through my parents and St. Teresa Church. When my father was very ill he would bring communion to the house. We would hear him coming by his whistle. He loved to whistle! He was a very giving person and I am grateful I got to know him. Patty Luther

TK, Mark, Greg, Christina & Becky,
We are saddened to hear of Colonel Gicale's passing. He was my second Group Commander, and served with him from1967 until his retirement. I will always remember him as a man with unfeigned integrity and a true leader by example. He was firm but fair with everyone. I'll always remember him running around the base on his lunch hour getting his daily exercise. He was a positive example to me and was responsible in many ways for my successful military career. I will cherish the many great memories we had together. We are in Florida and cannot attend the services. Praying for you and your families. Chief (Ret) Dan Schetter
