COCHRAN Sr., Robert E. "Spider" Age 80, departed this life May 10, 2018. He was born July 6, 1937 to the late Davis Cochran, Sr. and Ruth Logan Cochran. He served in the U.S. Air Force 4 years, retired from GM after 30 years and owned Photo III Van Accessories. Robert was also preceded in death by stepmothers, Elizabeth and Marguerite Cochran; son, Robert E. Cochran, Jr.; (2) sisters, Pearl Rogers and Jeri Jenkins and (1) brother, Lonnie Height. Robert is survived by; (5) sisters, Julia Miller, Nancy Mukes, Shirley Sears, Jayne Street and Alma Hawkins; (2) brothers, Davis Jr. (Anita) and Albert (Beverly) Cochran; ex-wife, Marilyn Cochran; a host of family and friends; Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m., FRIDAY, May 18, 2018 at CHRISTIAN M.B. CHURCH, 301 Liscum Dr., with Pastor Michael Peterson, officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to services. Interment will be held 2:30 p.m., Monday, May 21, 2018 at the Dayton National Cemetery. To the family and friends of Robert Spider Cochran,so sorry for your loss!! Spider was a good friend when i bowled in leagues that Spider was a member of!! He truly was a good bowler!! When he started drilling bowling balls at McCook Bowl, i gave him all my bowling equipment to keep or sale! When i loss my right leg,i gave up bowling!! Spider will be missed by all who knew him! God Bless Spider and family at this time of sorrow!!
