My heartfelt sympathy goes out to the Brinegar and Elliott families.
Terri was just a baby when I first met her in Germany.I saw her often. Her parents, Earl and Joann, became best friends to my husband Aaron and I. Our families have keep in touch over fifty years. I had the opportunity see Terri as an adult. what a beautiful, sweet woman she became.
Although Terri will be desperately missed by everyone who loved her, I pray that God will comfort all.
Rest in Peace.
