Charlie was my friend. I was fortunate to have mat Charlie in the early 80's
We worked as Ironworkers for many years. There wasn't anything Charlie couldn't or wouldn't do. In his prime he was the hardest working strongest man I ever met. He crushed his foot on one of our jobs and that put him in early retirement. He was in constant pain and the Doctors wanted to cut the nerves in his foot but he wouldn't let them. He was in constant pain but never complained. He was a good man and a good Christian. He is now with his Lord. May you rest in peace good friend.

Charlie was such a large part of our life for so many years, it seems impossible to think he won't be around any more. When we moved to Chalfonte, our home was in need of many repairs and upgrades. Charlie worked on it for a year and almost single-handedly transformed it into the lovely home we have today. He was a good friend and we will miss him greatly.
