To the family, I am so sorry for your loss. I had the opportunity to work with Effie for a short time in Delaware in 2012 1nd 2013. She loved to teach and share information about work and life. But most of all, she made me laugh practically everyday that I was in her presence. I will always remember her.

A candle to represent your bright smile and your warm caring heart ❤ I remember Effie when I lived in Cape Charles. She was a few years older than me but I still remember her kind quiet personality! Rest in Paradise Effie

Condolences to the family for the loss of your loved one. I remember Effie from Norfolk State University, I was in a higher grade, but we stayed connected and looked out for each other because we were both from Cape Charles. Our prayers are with you.
