David A. Detter III
Wilmington, DE - David A. Detter III, 50, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, January 11, 2018.
Born in Wilmington on March 24, 1967, David was a graduate of John Dickinson High School and attended Delaware Technical & Community College. He was employed as a driver with UPS for 25 years and was presently employed with Agilent Technologies.
He was predeceased by his mother, Elaine (Webster) Detter.
David is survived by his father, David A. Detter Jr and fiancée, Chris Bonnett; his daughter, Jasmine Torres; his brothers, William C. Detter and wife, Robin and Earl G. Detter and wife, Karen; his grandmother, Helen Detter; his companion, Leah; several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
Family and friends are invited to visit at the Doherty Funeral Home, 3200 Limestone Road, Pike Creek on Wednesday, January 17 from 5:00-7:00PM. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Thursday, January 18 at 10:00AM, followed by interment in Silverbrook Cemetery.
