There at no words to express the wonderful man ,husband, father, brother, brother-in-law and mostly what a loving friend Joey was to David and I. May the family feel our love and thoughts reaching out from our hearts to them. Joey was such a special person. He's gift of forgiveness, his helping advice, friendship,. and his wonderful sense of humor will never be forgotten. We love you Joey and you will remain in our hearts forever. Love to the family at this difficult time. Love David & Linda MacFadden West

Rozie, Brenda, Jennifer and Nick,
I am still numb from this sad, sad news that I will never fully comprehend. There are not enough words to express my deepest condolences.

Joey,
Rest peacefully my old friend. Fear not, I will see you again and we will laugh and carry on just like we did when we were kids. Until then.......

You folks will always be neighbors to me. The Zappo family are the kind of neighbors that only come along once in a life time. We had many good times together and did many projects together. Joe had a key to my house and I had a key to his. That pretty much says it all.
My prayers go out to the family for God's peace and comfort. Joe, you will be missed.

Your friend,
Thom Slaughter
