I am very sad today. Joe was a great man and always liked to have fun. I remember all the great times we had when I was a child, he would take us to amusement parks and to the park. And even liked to play hide and seek with us. I always liked going up to Wilmington to visit. He was such a kid at heart! God speed Joe. My sincere condolences to the family especially Jamie.
