I lived in the Psi O house as did Charlie who roomed with Dick Reilly. He was very talented with his hands as a dental student and was liked by all of his Psi O brothers.

Dear Mrs. Horn and family, I want to send my condolences. I was a patient of Dr. Horn's ever since I was a little girl. He was our family dentist all my life and after I had my family - 3 kids- he was their dentist, right up until the time he decided to retire. He was a wonderful dentist and more than that he was a wonderful person. May your memories give you comfort. In sympathy, Barbara Woodworth - Keir

We will miss you so much. You were my dentist starting out in your home on Silverside road, Concord Pike for over 51 years and adding my husband and children down the road even when you started working out of New Concept Dental. I cried my heart out when you told me you were going to retire. I asked about you at every dental appointment visit and kept up on your absence through Patti @ NCDental. I will miss your jokes and the laughs we had through the years. I will just miss you always. Rest In Peace my friend. The Haubein Family...Jamie, Ned, Teddy and Tracy.

So very disheartened to hear of Dr.Horns passing. A wonderful generous man and an absolute kind sweet wife. When I worked with him we had a great team, Bonnie, Sue, Carol and myself. Dr. Horn shared his Pocono home and wined and dined us all to show us his appreciation for working with him. We picked blueberries and canoed the lake. I received my first Scarborough painting as a wedding gift from him and his wife. A man to be admired for his achievements and talents. God bless his entire family with peace and love as they grieve the loss of an amazing human being, husband, father and more. I will never forget him.

RIP Charlie Horn. I will miss Charlie more than words can describe.. he was like a father to me.. always inviting me into his home to share his homemade desserts.. sharing amazing stories, telling funny jokes, offering great advice, and always offering a shoulder to lean on when I was sad..
Charlie was such a great man. He will forever hold a most special place in my heart. .. I will miss him terribly for the rest of my life.

Dr Horn was the best dentist I ever had. He used to make me laugh or tell me some interesting story to take my mind off what he was doing. Often he would tell me to stop gripping the chair, close my eyes, and think of a beautiful place I'd like to be. I really missed him when he retired.
