William "Bill" Candeloro
Newark - Born May 8, 1926 to Michele and Concetta Candeloro; passed away January 23, 2018 to join his beloved wife, Livia Candeloro, in heaven in eternal dance and his daughter, the late Diane Coyne. Devoted father of Kathy (David) Clifton, Eva Marie (Jim) Palladino. Loving grandfather of Michael (fiancé Janette) Gatto, Brian (Bethany) Clifton, Cynthia (Mike) Neal, Stephanie Clifton and Christopher Palladino. Great grandfather of Bobby, Jesse, Julie, Danny, Tate, Mackenzie, Oliver, and Jocelyn. Also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and friends. During his entire life, he enjoyed dancing and continued to do so at the South Philadelphia Older Adult Center until last year. He enjoyed playing pinochle, gambling in AC and Delaware Park and was a devoted sports fan of the Eagles and Phillies. He retired from General Felt Industries after fifty years as a proud member of the Teamsters Union. All will miss his sense of humor and his fashion sense.

Hey Mr Candeloro.
Now that I have the last word , I am a better pinochle player than you. We used to kid each other about that. Enjoyed the times we played cards and having holiday food on Daly st. Rest in peace and save me a seat at the card table.
