Rose and I grew up together in Elsmere along with my sister Annette and brother Walt James. She was always a happy, positive person. Annette and I were in Roses Wedding. We actually as a family went to Tangier Island with the Parks family. I remember staying at Gracie's house and having pancakes. Sad that life goes on and we drifted apart. I will always keep her in my heart. Love to you Stephen and Owen and Isabell

Rose, We dated while in high school (Conrad High School, Wilmington, De). You were such a sweet, kind girl. I'm sure you'll take care of all the animals in need you meet. Rest in Peace!

Dearest Stephen and family, Rose and I have known each other since we were toddlers. I loved her like a sister. She was one of the kindest, most loving and generous person I ever knew. My heart is broken and I will carry her in my heart until the day I die. Stephen I love you and I loved and will always love your Mom. God bless. Annette James
