Dorothy Parker

On December 28, 2020, God called home his angel Dorothy Parker, affectionately called Mom Parker/Nana. She was preceded in death by her loving husband Willis Parker Sr., Daughter in law Pamela Parker (Willis Jr.), and 11 siblings. She was a dedicated member of the Church of God & Saints of Christ. She loved God with all her heart. Her love for people was shown through her employment at Salisbury Nursing Home, PRMC, and Wicomico County Health Department. In 2007, she relocated to Suffolk Virginia where all her dreams were fulfilled. She is survived by her children Renee Parker Volkens(Angelo), Willis Parker Jr., Wilhelmina Parker Palmer (Jerry), Esther Parker Justis and James Parker (Lovey), 14 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. A graveside service was held Sunday January 3, 2021. Her loving memory will forever be in our hearts.
