H. Michael Heath
Ocean Pines - H. Michael "Mike" Heath, age 67, passed away on Thursday, September 20, 2018 at Coastal Hospice at the Lake in Salisbury. Born in Heidelberg, Germany, he was the son of the late Allen W. and Ruth Schneider Heath. He is survived by his wife Diane C Heath, and children, Ryan Heath and his wife Marilyn of Lovettsville, VA, and Carrie Heath of Philadelphia, PA. He was an adored grandfather, and "Donna" to granddaughters Evyn and Charlotte Heath. Also surviving is his brother, Allen Heath and his wife Margie of BelAir, MD.
Mr. Heath was senior Vice President of Vion Corporation. He and his family settled in Ocean Pines where he quickly became an avid boater and fisherman. He loved the boardwalk and especially enjoyed taking his granddaughters to the arcades. He was also a music fan of the "golden oldies".
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 22nd at 2:00 PM at the Burbage Funeral Home in Berlin. Friends may call from 12:00-2:00 PM. Rev. Michael Moyer will officiate.
