My sincere condolences to aunt Ada, Anthony & Kenneth and the entire Washington family & friends. Such a good man of faith, Uncle Elbert, always had Christ in his heart. I met him years ago while I worked at Greyhound bus lines on Andrews street, he delivered shipments to go out from his job, School Pictures, I later married his niece, Dorothy Washington. Uncle Elbert was a part of a singing group we had put together, named the followers of Christ, even though he was not an official member of our church, we invited him to join, we had great times together and he will definitely be missed. Sleep well uncle Elbert, in the palms of the Lord, and to the rest of the family, May our Lord & Savior, Jesus Christ comfort you all during this most difficult period in your lives. God Bless!!

Condolences go out to the entire family of Rev. Elverage Washington, especially to his wife, Ada Washington, and to the many saints and friends who will always remember him. He was very instrumental in supporting the Institute of Christian Education (ICE) during its inception. We will always remember his boisterous praise and his words of encouragement. May God bless and strengthen the entire family.
