Marcey S. Stevenson (Short)
Irondequoit - Passed away November 4, 2019 after a courageous battle with cancer. Predeceased by parents, Betty and Clifford Short. Survived by children, Gwenn Rodriguez, Sara (Mike); grandchildren, Brianna, Michael James, Brian; great- grandchild. Khani; brothers and sisters, Laurel (Tom) Hauss, Holly (Doug) Landers, Clifford (Jan) Short, Beth (Joseph) Gallo. Marcey was a retiree of the Town of Irondequoit where she ran the Senior Center and special events including Octoberfest and the 4th of July Celebration. She was recently inducted into the Softball Hall of Fame. The family would like to thank the wonderful nurses at the Wilmot Cancer Center 5th Floor.
Friends may call Friday 4-8 at Farrell-Ryan Funeral Home, 777 Long Pond Road. Memorial Service, Saturday 10:30 at the funeral home. Interment, Irondequoit Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Sunset House.
